Aurora officials join in ribbon-cutting for new Wendy's restaurant

The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Wendy's in Aurora was held on Wednesday, Sept. 19.

Several Aurora city officials were present, including Deputy Mayor Chuck Nelson and Alderman Tina Bowman. Owner Mike Zak talked about the new Aurora location: "I have been in pursuit of this location for years! It is an ideal area for this restaurant and still leaves us room for further growth in Aurora. I have lived in Aurora and know it well. We want to be a vital part of this community for years to come!"
