St. Hugh of Lincoln to host spring plant, craft and bake sale May 11

On Saturday, May 11, St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church, 36W957 Highland Ave. in Elgin, is hosting a "Spring Plant, Craft, and Bake Sale" from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Visitors will browse tables featuring a variety of annual and perennial flowers vegetables and herbs (including some not found in local garden centers) ready to plant in gardens and containers.

The bake shop will offer homemade pies, cookies, cakes and more at reasonable prices and the craft tables will be the perfect place to select a gift for Mother's Day with clever kitchen items and colorful accessories.

Credit cards are accepted.
