Naperville Park District police receive state accreditation

Naperville Park District police have become the first park police organization to achieve state accreditation at the Tier 1 level through the Illinois Law Enforcement Accreditation Program.

Chief Steve Schindlbeck and Sgts. John Driscoll and Louis Jordan accepted a plaque Thursday from an ILEAP representative in honor of the achievement.
