Flat tax is fair tax

A flat tax rate is the only fair and honest tax rate. A progressive tax rate is discrimination against the wealthy, definitely not me. The more that you earn, the higher your tax rate percentage. That is wrong.

Illinois could solve their budget problem by controlling their spending, particularly when it comes to state pension funding.
