Rich will just move

Gov. Pritzker plans to increase taxes $3 billion a year on the rich in his new graduated "Fair Tax." However, anybody smart enough to make $1 million a year is probably not stupid enough to spend the winter in Chicago when they could move for six months and a day to Florida, which has a zero state income tax and save themselves, 7.99% of $1 million of income, or $79,900.
