One injured in crash at Route 45 and Carey

One person was taken to the hospital Wednesday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash in Grayslake, according to the Grayslake Fire Department.

Grayslake firefighters responded at 2:02: p.m. to a crash at Route 45 and Carey Road near the bus stop.

One person was transported with injuries to Advocate Condell Medical Center.

The crash is still under investigation.
