Letter: Gun control is left up to voters
All of the speeches, demonstrations and prayer meetings will not solve the problem of gun violence in the United States. The only thing that would work is if voters voted against any candidate or office holder who opposes reasonable gun control. Hunters do not need assault rifles. We already have a well-regulated militia in the National Guard and the Reserves. There is no reason for the sale of military-style weapons or multiple magazines. We must put an end to these multiple killings happening all over the country.
