Trapping of bobcats is totally inhumane
I, too, as was Joan Baillie, appalled when I read about the huge number of bobcats to be killed. I have read no stories of bobcats attacking people or small animals as coyotes have done.
I realize some populations need to be controlled but several hundred bobcats seems extreme.
It is heartbreaking that these beautiful animals are to be killed, but horrifying to realize many will be trapped which is totally inhumane. They will chew off their legs to escape only to suffer greatly. Please stop this inhumane practice and cut back the number of bobcats to be murdered.
