Truth or consequences: What target will law hit?

Re: The Daily Herald's coverage of SB1909, on Saturday, July 29:

In "The Hunt for Red October," an attacking submarine shoots a torpedo at another sub. The targeted sub maneuvers and escapes. The torpedo circles around and eventually destroys the submarine that launched it.

SB 1909 has been launched. The target appears to be "deception, fraud ... omission of material fact" (and a whole list of nasties) as practiced by "limited services pregnancy centers."

Well now, if the "lie" is the target and those "limited services pregnancy centers" suffer the consequences, we may witness a similar drama.

An abortion clinic easily falls into the targeted category, limited services. Primarily an abortion clinic performs abortions as "pregnancy centers" and they perform these abortions on pregnant women.

What is the whole truth about abortion? Are abortion clinics hiding anything? Are moms fully informed of beating hearts and "baby parts?" Are moms fully informed of post abortion depression and grieving?

The torpedo of SB 1909 will continue searching for targets long after our present administration moves on. Truth has a way of surviving.
