Incompetent Postal Service workers

When you receive the second and the final notices on the same day and you never received the original bill, you know something is really wrong with our Postal Service. Perhaps it needs to be privatized so that an employee can be warned to do the job right and then be fired if they don't. That seems to be a problem with government jobs. Employees are kept on even when they don't. Whether it's a case of being incompetent or just not caring, no one should be kept employed if they can't or won't do their job, especially when it's something as important as delivering the mail.

Though I do not want to pay my bills online at my age (old horses don't like learning new tricks), I may be forced to, and if enough people do, postal workers will lose their jobs, and unfortunately, I am sure some very competent people with less seniority will be affected.

So, please, will management in the Postal Service do your job and fire the incompetent employees?
