St. Charles announces curbside leaf pickup

St. Charles starts curbside collection of fallen leaves the week of Oct. 28.

There will be three collection cycles, starting with addresses west of the Fox River. You can check the daily progress of the crews on a map on the city’s website. It will end Dec. 5.

Leaves should be raked to the curb. Make sure they are at least 1 foot back from the curb and clear of the sidewalk. Some subdivisions are excluded from the program.
