Club 120 launches Speaker Series with aging and planning program
Learn valuable information by attending a free presentation by award-winning author, speaker, and entrepreneur Sue Salach-Cutler on “Age and Pro Active Planning” at the first Club 120 “Community Spotlight Speakers Series.”
Proactive planning for aging means setting a variety of healthcare and other important choices early to keep control of your future. It will held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, in the Georges Stage room at the Oak Crest Residence/Atrium Apartments, 204 S. State St. in Elgin.
Salach-Cutler has over 30 years of experience in the geriatric health care field and currently serves as a hospice liaison with Journeycare Hospice. She has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Gerontology from Concordia University in Chicago.
She is a nationally certified care manager and dementia practitioner. Her books and programs have aided family caregivers around the country in defining the vital resources needed to help them maneuver through their caregiving journey. Salach-Cutler enjoys cruising with her husband and spending time with her four dogs.
