Rosati’s Pizza Enterprises to open 11 new locations in 90 days
The franchiser behind Rosati’s Pizza said they plan to open 11 new locations over the next 90 days.
Geneva-based Rosati’s Pizza Enterprises, Inc. said in a news release that the rapid store expansion would be their most in a single year. They also would reach their largest percentage of multiunit operators within its national franchise network since the brand's founding in 1964.
“Opening 11 new stores in just three months is a testament to the enduring strength of our brand legacy and unit-level economics,” said Anthony Rosati, owner of Rosati’s Pizza Enterprises, Inc., in the release. “Achieving record-setting annual store growth and our highest number of multiunit operators in company history underscores the deep confidence our franchise partners have in Rosati’s long-term business model.”
In the suburbs, new locations will open in Sleepy Hollow and Orland Park. Other Illinois locations will include Hinckley and Pontiac, as well as new shops in Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana and Kentucky.
The expansion spree caps off what company officials called “a historic growth phase” for the restaurant franchise, which has more than 200 locations nationwide.
The brand has been annually ranked in Entrepreneur magazine's Franchise 500 and Franchise Times Top 400. Rosati's Pizza was recently voted Best Chicago Pizza in WGN Radio 720's Chicago Pizza Madness Tournament, winning back-to-back championship titles for best local chain in 2025 and 2026.
