Des Plaines Public Library book sale starts Sept. 25

The Des Plaines Public Library’s Friends of the Library group will hold its annual used book sale Sept. 25-27.

Friday’s session runs from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at the library, 1501 Ellinwood St. It’s open only to members, but you can join for $5 on site.

The sale continues from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday and from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
