Mail-in ballot confusion

I believe there are more late mail-in ballots because people are confused. Some states require ballots to be received by a certain date; others require them just to be completed by a certain date. BTW, the purpose of mail-in ballots is to allow those who can't go to the polls due to health issues or not being in the voting district on Election Day. It was never intended for the lazy.
