Pollyanna Brewing plans holiday pop-up in St. Charles
St. Charles will welcome a holiday pop-up beginning Nov. 19, when Pollyanna Brewing Company transforms its taproom into a Christmas village complete with holiday scenes, playful fauna and towering trees dripping with multicolored lights.
Pollyanna will team up with co-creator and former St. Charles resident Tony Galzin, his wife Caroline Galzin, and Present Tense Mobile Bar for “Christmas on the Fox,” an immersive experience that will also include seasonal fare and holiday events.
“I grew up here, my family is still here, and we spend so much of our time in this area,” Tony Galzin, owner of the Nashville holiday pop-up St. Nicky’s, said in a prepared statement. “It has been wonderful collaborating with Ryan and the Pollyanna team to create something that feels genuinely connected to the community.
“We’re excited to build on the traditions that already make downtown St. Charles special during the holidays, and give people another reason to visit, celebrate and make memories here,” he added.
Christmas on the Fox will feature signature holiday cocktails, non-alcohol beverages, seasonal food, family-friendly and adult events (including movies with Santa and holiday concerts), and merchandise.
It runs Nov. 19 through Dec. 31 at Pollyanna Brewing Company, 106 S. Riverside Ave., St. Charles.
