Two motorcyclists seriously injured after colliding with minivan in Woodridge
Two motorcyclists were seriously injured Tuesday night when they collided with a minivan in Woodridge.
Woodridge police said the motorcyclists were headed south on Lemont Road when a northbound minivan turned left in front of them just south of the 75th Street intersection at about 8:15 p.m.
Both motorcyclists collided with the minivan and both riders were transported to Advocate Good Samaritan Medical Center in Downers Grove with significant injuries, but not considered life-threatening.
One motorcyclist was a 35-year-old man from Westmont and the second was a 26-year-old man from Downers Grove. Their conditions are unknown.
The driver of the minivan, a 44-year-old woman from Lemont, was uninjured and given citations for traffic violations.
