Prospect High School alum’s award-nominated documentary to premiere in Chicago

Prospect High School alumna Allison Walsh will celebrate the Chicago premiere of her documentary, “All of the Above,” on Saturday, July 25, as part of the Midwest Film Festival at the Ramova Theatre.

The documentary has been nominated for three festival awards, including Best of the Midwest Grand Prize, Best Directing and Best Editing.

“All of the Above” explores the lasting impact of Prospect High School’s World Religions course through the mentorship of longtime teacher John Camardella. The film follows Walsh’s journey as she revisits her former classroom and examines how education can foster understanding across cultures and beliefs.

The screening will begin at 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, at the Ramova Theatre, 3520 S. Halsted St., Chicago.
