Construction set for Monday on routes 25, 38 in Geneva

Motorists should expect significant construction delays and daily lane closures near the intersection of Routes 25 and 38 in Geneva beginning Monday, July 13.

Sewer storm installation will take place on both state highways with daily lane closures expected during workdays along Route 25, according to a city newsletter. The Route 25 work zone will stretch from Route 28 south to Spring Street.

Flaggers will direct traffic during the workday. Lanes will reopen overnight with steel plates covering active work areas.
