Yacht Rockettes to play Des Plaines park on July 30

A cover band called the Yacht Rockettes will perform July 30 as part of the Des Plaines Park District’s Live at the Lake summer concert series.

The free festivities are scheduled to run from 6 to 9 p.m. at Lake Park, 2200 Lee St. The band will go on at 7 p.m.

Family-friendly activities are planned. Cousins Maine Lobster will be at the park for dinner orders. For more information, visit dpparks.org.
