Hanover Township to hold Freedom Car Show June 28 in downtown Bartlett
Hanover Township is hosting its annual Freedom Car Show from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 28, at 120 Live at 120 W. Bartlett Ave. in downtown Bartlett.
Attendees will have the opportunity to view many types of classic cars up close while participating in raffles and enjoying music from Howard Productions DJ. This event is free and open to the public.
Trophies will be awarded to vehicle owners for Township Choice, People’s Choice, Best of Show, Best Motorcycle, Best Truck, 1984 or older and 1985 or newer.
The township will also be selling 12-foot-by-18-foot American flags for attendees to purchase in the name of a veteran. The flags will be placed along the township’s Veterans’ Walkway of Honor for Veterans Day on its Tiknis Campus in Bartlett.
Proceeds from flag sales and vehicle registration fees will support the township’s Veterans programs.
