Fourth annual Deerfield Art Festival coming June 6-7

Get ready to kick off festival season in style at the fourth annual Deerfield Art Festival; a vibrant weekend in the heart of downtown Deerfield. Held in partnership with the village of Deerfield, this juried festival returns from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, June 6-7, at 821 Park Ave., Deerfield, bringing together more than 80 juried artists from across the country.

Stroll through a colorful outdoor gallery filled with incredible original works, from paintings and photography to ceramics, furniture, jewelry, wood, fiber and more. Whether you’re refreshing your home décor or searching for the perfect gift, you’ll find inspiration around every corner.

But it’s more than just art; it’s an experience for all ages. Enjoy live music as you browse, try your hand at creativity with “Start to Paint” classes, and let the kids explore their artistic side in the interactive Kids Art Zone and Kids Art Stop, where they can connect directly with artists to learn more about the creative process. Don’t miss the youth artist area, featuring impressive handmade creations from rising young talents.

Admission is free, parking is free, the event is fully accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. Leashed dogs are welcome. Bring the whole family and make a day of it.

You can also make a meaningful impact while you’re there. Guests are encouraged to bring gently-used wall art to donate to the Chicago Furniture Bank, helping individuals and families transition into permanent housing. Plus, keep an eye out for Amdur’s Purple Ribbon Project. Participating artists will feature select pieces marked with a purple ribbon. When the piece is sold, a portion of the sale will benefit WINGS Program, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic violence through housing, education, and advocacy.
