Palatine approves new liquors license for Cook Cork & Fork

The Palatine Village Council this week approved shifting the liquor license for Cook Cork & Fork, 34 W. Palatine Road, to a newer class that allows limited spirits and packaged wine sales.

“This is part of their business expansion, Everything else within their operation will stay the same,” Village Manager Reid Ottesen told council members Monday.

Ottesen said the business would serve specialized cocktails and be required to have regular food service.
