No injuries in Naperville house fire that causes $50K in damage

No one was hurt in a Sunday fire in Naperville that caused about $50,000 in damage to a home.

Naperville firefighters responded to the 800 block of Spring Creek Circle at about 2:45 p.m. on May 10 to find a residence with an active fire in the attic.

It was confirmed that no one was inside the home. Firefighters were able to bring the blaze under control.

The cause remains under investigation.
