Column hit the mark

The column on Sunday, May 3, by Marc Munroe Dion headlined “$4.39-per-gallon gasoline and a $6.42 breakfast” was an excellent summary and critique of the conditions caused by and perpetuated by the Trump administration. The repeated refrain of “eleven cent cotton and forty cent meat” interspersed with The Epstein Files is a clever reminder of the real reason for the distractions. Just add “the seashells by the seashore” tongue twister to bring us up to date. Thank you, Mr. Dion, for this column.
