Having lost in almost every court case to reverse the election outcome, the Trump campaign now turns to dubious means to force certain state legislatures to select their own Trump loyalist Electoral College electors. But whatever the outcome, who in the West Wing, his inner circle or Fox News will have the courage to outright say, "Mr. President, 5.9 million more American voters chose Biden over you. You lost the popular vote in 2016 and lost it again by twice as much, in 2020."
