Gurnee Park District to share designs for Betty Russell park

The Gurnee Park District is hosting a community meeting from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday to review conceptual designs for the next phase of the Betty Russell Community Park master plan.

This meeting at the indoor shelter of the park, 5300 Pinewood Road, is intended to help refine the vision, prioritize key features, and ensure the final plan reflects public input.

Betty Russell is among the largest and most popular of the district’s parks.
