What cease-fire means

What part of “cease-fire” does Israel not understand? There was a plan for that and a chance to negotiate something long range. But only hours after the “cease-fire” acceptance, 180 or more civilians were killed in Israel's attack on Lebanon. Now, as a result, Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz again.

What a shame, for so many reasons!
