Kappadakunnel comes to GPS with a compassionate and powerful guide that demonstrates you can still be a great parent even if you didn’t have one yourself. She argues that the secret to successful parenting is to unlearn the wounded patterns you might have grown up with and understand how your upbringing may be impacting your parenting style in ways you don’t fully recognize.
Healing allows a parent or caregiver to reshape their parenting for good and truly connect with their children while guiding them to live the happy, authentic lives that they deserve.
Kappadakunnel is a licensed marriage and family therapist, an infant/early childhood mental health specialist, and a perinatal mental health specialist. She is the CEO and founder of Conscious Mommy, and Child Parent Connection. She is the author of “Parent Yourself First: Raise Confident, Compassionate, Kids by Becoming the Parent You Wish You’d Had.”
All are welcome to the free weekly GPS events, and no registration is required.
