The Springs at Monarch Landing in Naperville earns multiple national awards for excellence
NAPERVILLE, Ill. Excellence at The Springs Health Center at Monarch Landing is not simply a promise to residents. It is a standard consistently recognized and awarded by respected experts, professional organizations, and industry leaders across the state and nation.
Most recently, Monarch Landing received the Five Star Satisfaction Award from Sensight Surveys, an independent resident survey measuring hospitality, service, and overall experience. This translates to going above and beyond what the residents hope for in their senior living community.
Last month, The Springs was designated a Center of Excellence for Wound Management by Vohra Wound Physicians. This recognizes top performing skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities with specialized expertise and exceptional outcomes in wound care.
Late last year, The Springs was named Best Long-Term Care Center in Illinois by the Illinois Health Care Association, representing more than 450 long term care centers and programs statewide.
Adding to the honor, Roseline Tyson, a nurse at The Springs, earned Nurse of the Year honors from the Illinois Long Term Care Nurses Association (LTCNA).
Both organizations are widely regarded as authoritative voices in long term care. In 2024, Director of Nursing of the Year was awarded to Dulce Dangis by the LTCNA.

These latest honors join an incomparable list of recognition earned over several years, including five-star ratings from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in all categories. Achieved by fewer than two percent of nursing homes nationwide, The Springs is the only skilled nursing community within a 20-mile radius, including Naperville and the western suburbs with this status.
The Springs has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Best Nursing Homes in 2025 and 2026, earning the number one ranking in Illinois for 2026. The Springs has received U.S. News and World Report Best Nursing Homes honors every year from 2019 through 2026.
The Springs has also, for four consecutive years, earned the Gold Level Award for Heartfelt Connections — A Memory Care Program by Life Care Services.
