Seed expo celebrates gardening and growing something new

The Illinois Extension Master Gardener Seed Expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at the College of Lake County Grayslake campus, Building F, 19351 W. Washington St.

The free event features more than 40 exhibitors and vendors. Other features include free seeds for attendees, expert-led gardening tips, live demonstrations and miniworkshops, Q&A sessions with plan experts, and raffle and door prizes.

Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just planting your first seed, this expo has something for everyone.
