I am proud to support Leslie Juby for re election to the Kane County Board. My endorsement comes from several years of watching her work up-close as a Kane County Board Member, learning from her and seeing firsthand the integrity and commitment she brings to public service.

She leads with steadiness, clarity and a deep sense of responsibility. She has the courage to stand up for what is right, even when it means asking hard questions or challenging the status quo. She is consistently one of the most informed and thoroughly prepared members at every meeting.

Her knowledge of governance is exceptional. Leslie understands how policy is crafted and how it meaningfully improves people’s lives. She serves as chair of the Agriculture Committee and is proud of the county’s commitment to protecting farmland and advocates for funding to support farmers and the farming industry. She serves on the Finance and Budget Committee, where she has a strong command of finance and budgeting, brings an analytical approach that helps address budget shortfalls with creativity and fiscal responsibility and is unafraid to offer solution minded ideas that help navigate challenges while maintaining focus on long term stability and essential services.

What sets Leslie apart is her responsiveness to constituents. She listens, she follows up and she treats every concern with seriousness and care. Her approach is grounded in humility and genuine service.
