Repaying the tariffs

Since the recent Supreme Court decision on tariffs was ruled an overstepping of the president's powers, there has been a lot of talk concerning the money that was collected.

Numerous lawsuits are being filed for the return of the money collected from various businesses. Now I don't object to the return of these funds, I just wish to know if these companies will then return the money collected to us consumers.

I'm certain that many of them increased their prices to recoup some of the money paid to the government. I'm just looking for my fair share and to keep the various companies from reaping a windfall profit off the backs of us consumers of their products.

Is there a lawyer will to take on our lawsuit?
