Touché French Creole brings Mardi Gras to downtown Aurora with live music and fine dining
On Fat Tuesday, Feb. 17, Touché French Creole invites guests to celebrate Mardi Gras in true New Orleans style, right in the heart of downtown Aurora. Located at 6 N. River St., Touché will lead the festivities with an evening of bold Creole flavors, live music, and vibrant energy.
The celebration begins with happy hour at 3 p.m., followed by dinner service at 4 p.m., and live music.
At the center of the evening is a special five-course tasting menu crafted exclusively for Mardi Gras by Chef Keonte’ Tooles and Chef Rayshawn Hendricks.
Inspired by French Creole cuisine, the menu blends soulful classics with refined ingredients. The tasting menu will be available starting Feb. 17 and will continue through Feb. 22 or as long as supplies last.
To complement the dining experience, Souled Out Thursdays will begin performing live at 6 p.m., filling the room with high-energy soul and rhythm as guests enjoy their meal.
Touché is also collaborating with The Venue in downtown Aurora, where Brother John Kattke’s Big Bad Mardi Gras Band will deliver a full concert experience rooted in the sounds of New Orleans.
Guests attending the show at The Venue can enjoy dinner from Touché during the performance. Tickets for the concert are available at themusicvenue.org.
Whether you join us for dinner and live music at the restaurant or experience the sounds at The Venue, Touché invites you to celebrate Fat Tuesday with unforgettable flavor, festive spirit, and the warmth of community. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made at touchefrenchcreole.com.
