Death investigation underway after body found in Bartlett

Bartlett police are continuing to investigate the death of a person whose body was found behind a business on Friday.

The cause and manner of death are yet to be determined, pending the result of toxicology tests ordered by the DuPage County coroner’s office, a police spokesman said.

Authorities said Monday that there’s no danger to the general public. They have not said the gender of the person or whether they have been identified.

The business is in the 5500 block of County Farm Road.
