New Urgent Care Clinic now open in Lake Zurich

Vitality Urgent Care is now open in Lake Zurich, expanding access to walk in medical care for families and residents in Lake Zurich and nearby communities.

The new clinic is at 480 S. Rand Road, Lake Zurich, and provides care for patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults and seniors. Patients can visit for many common illnesses and minor injuries, including fever, cough, sore throat, ear pain, urinary symptoms, rashes, sprains, minor fractures and cuts that may need stitches.

The Lake Zurich location offers on-site X-ray imaging and rapid lab testing, along with IV hydration and injections. Additional services include women’s health visits, school and sports physicals, occupational health services and STD testing and treatment.

Vitality Urgent Care is open seven days a week and focuses on efficient, patient friendly care with clear communication and transparent options for insurance and self pay patients. Most major insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid and Ambetter. Affordable self pay pricing is also available.

Patients are welcome to walk in without an appointment or schedule a visit online.

Clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 365 days a year.
