5 people hurt in two-vehicle crash on I-90 near Elgin
Five people were transported to a hospital Tuesday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash in the westbound lanes of Interstate 90 near Elgin.
Illinois State Police did not release the conditions of any of the people injured in the crash that happened shortly after 1 p.m. just east of the Randall Road overpass.
The crash involved a white Ford pickup and a black Jeep SUV, troopers said. All lanes were reopened a little after 2 p.m.
