Man accused of stealing iPhones in Naperville
A man has been accused of stealing three iPhones from the Apple store in downtown Naperville and fleeing from police.
Khyree Mosley, 24, of Chandler Arizona, was released Friday morning on his own recognizance, according to a news release from the DuPage County state’s attorney’s office. He is charged with felony burglary, felony retail theft and misdemeanor fleeing and eluding a police officer.
He is accused of stealing the phones at about 4:25 p.m. Thursday from the store at 120 W. Jefferson Ave. A Naperville police officer tried to stop a white Chevrolet Equinox he was in. Around 9 p.m., Mosley was arrested by Minooka police officers.
Mosley’s next court date is Feb. 11.
