Congressional debate set for Thursday

The candidates for Illinois' 10th Congressional District seat will meet virtually for an online debate on Thursday. The free event, featuring incumbent Democrat Brad Schneider of Deerfield and Republican challenger Valerie Ramirez Mukherjee of Northbrook, is set for 6 p.m., and you can register at lwv-lflb.org. It's hosted by the League of Women Voters for the Lake Forest and Lake Bluff Area. The 10th District includes parts of Cook and Lake counties.
