Gail Borden Library Foundation announces new board member

The Gail Borden Library Foundation announced that Rafael Villagomez has joined its board.

Villagomez, managing broker for Epic Real Estate Group in Elgin, is also a deacon at St. Joseph Catholic Church, president of the Elgin Hispanic Network, and serves on the advisory board of the Elgin Salvation Army.

“His commitment to this community and library will bring so much positive impact,” said Karen Fox, president of the Gail Borden Public Library Foundation.
