Lawmakers collect toys for Mano a Mano

Two state lawmakers are organizing a toy drive to benefit the Mano a Mano Family Resource Center, a nonprofit organization that provides resources for immigrant families in Lake County.

Donations can be dropped off at office of state Rep. Laura Faver Dias at 10 N. Lake St., Suite 102, Grayslake; and the office of state Sen. Mary Edly-Allen at 10 N. Lake St., Suite 112, Grayslake.

People are encouraged to donate new, unwrapped toys for boys and girls of all ages. The toy drive will conclude on Dec. 1.
