Living within one’s means

I guess the Democrats were not raised with the motto of Living Within Your Means. Since Pritzker has been in office, they have increased taxes and spending by over $20 billion annually, yet they can’t balance the budget or pay down the pension debt.

I have a solution, every person who votes for these Democrats must sign over their pay checks and then wait for the Democrats to return the unspent money, then we will see if these people can live with in their means.
