Hoffman Estates accepting applications for Holiday Giving Tree

Hoffman Estates’ Health and Human Services Department is accepting applications until Oct. 31 for recipients of the village’s Holiday Giving Tree program.

The program provides holiday gifts to families with children in need and adults 60 and over who are experiencing hardships. Space is limited. To receive an application and learn about eligibility, call (847) 781-4850.

Those interested in purchasing gifts for the Giving Tree Program can stop by the Health and Human Services Department at village hall, 1900 Hassell Road, to select gift request ornaments from the Giving Tree starting Nov. 17. The deadline to participate is Dec 1.
