A free guided bird watch and walk around Butler Lake in Libertyville in search of fall migratory birds will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18.

Participants should dress for the weather, bring suitable footwear and binoculars.

The walk is about 1 mile around the scenic Butler Lake.
