Lombard senior fair returns with DMV services, free health screenings

Lombard’s Senior Fair will offer free health screenings, flu shuts and access to resources when the popular event returns next month.

The park district’s Madison Meadow Athletic Center will host the fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 1. The district also will offer free all-day passes to the facility at 500 E. Wilson Ave.

The Secretary of State’s Mobile Driver’s License Facility will be available to renew licenses, vehicle registration stickers and State ID cards by appointment only. And, agencies, community groups and vendors will provide information about products and services for seniors, including home health care.

The event is coordinated by the Lombard Community Relations Committee.
