Bell Works in Hoffman Estates to hold Block Party Sept. 17

Bell Works Chicagoland in Hoffman Estates will hosts its first Block Party from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17.

Attendees can stroll “The Block” to explore its retailers, enjoy a live DJ, sample food and drinks from the newly opened Bell Market and take advantage of special offers.

The celebration also marks the opening of La Vida en Color (Life in Color), a pop-up art exhibit by local artist Cristina Colunga Ramírez. Running from 5-7 p.m., the collection features six pieces exploring themes of culture, femininity and personal experience, deeply rooted in her Mexican heritage.

Special offers and activities include an all-day open house at FitLab with complimentary classes, giveaways and raffles. There will be a “Last Splash Shake Off” Zumba Party at 6:30 p.m.

At Party Cycle Movement, buy-one-get-one-free drop-in classes and a $10 off discount on memberships for same-day sign-ups are available. A 6 p.m. class will be offered as well.

Swing Loose Indoor Golf will offer free sessions and giveaways.
