Show me the money

Funny how District 21 and Whitman School had a “lack of capital funding” in 2017 and 2018, when we inquired about unearthing the time capsule that the students buried in 1991/1992, but now came up with the money $$ to do a humongous project in the school and on the school grounds.

Other than the taxpayers, who was their benefactor?
