SwissQprint America acquires 3-acre site in West Dundee for North American headquarters
SwissQprint America, the U.S. arm of the Swiss innovator in digital printing technology, has acquired 3 acres within the Canterfield Corporate Campus in West Dundee.
The land will house the company’s new 30,000-square-foot North American headquarters, which will include modern office space, a high-tech showroom and a parts warehouse.
“Canterfield is a rare find in the Chicago metro — just a quarter-mile from a full highway interchange and under 25 miles from O’Hare International Airport,” said David Haigh, executive vice president at NAI Hiffman. “SwissQprint’s new headquarters continues the vision we’ve had for Canterfield all along, and the great news is that we still have plenty of sites available for companies of all sizes looking to build in a well-planned, high-profile environment.”
The development will mark the third building in the growing Canterfield Corporate Campus. The remaining land is owned by HLC Partners, a West Dundee family-owned business and division of Haeger Industries, which has laid out a vision to foster a live-work-play corporate environment.

The Canterfield Corporate Campus offers the infrastructure, accessibility and business-forward environment swissQprint America needs to expand and thrive in the U.S. market, said Bill Lussow of Bespoke Commercial Real Estate, who represented the buyer along with Tim Olsen of Carlson Partners.
“This is a strategic move for swissQprint, and a ceremonial groundbreaking is just around the corner,” he said.
Site design is led by Karl Heitman, president of Heitman Architects, who emphasized the natural advantages of the site.
