See what’s coming for Lake County’s five-year, $865 million transportation plan

An interactive dashboard with detailed information about projects in the Lake County Division of Transportation’s updated $865 million, five-year improvement plan is available online.

The 2205-2030 program includes a range of projects to maintain 900 lane miles of highways, modernize Lake County’s transportation system, improve safety and mobility, support economic development and reduce carbon emissions.

Old McHenry Crossings, Cedar Lake Road realignment and the Patriot path are among major upcoming projects.
