Streets need safety check
Having experienced very teeth jarring conditions on U.S. Route 14 from Route 31 in Crystal Lake to Route 22 in Fox River Grove, I think it is time for city, county, state or federal agencies to address this issue.
Being a local resident for many years, I find this particular stretch of well-traveled roadway filled with buckled pavement and gaping holes and uneven pavement. This puts excessive wear and tear on any traveling cars and trucks, as well as the discomfort of driver and passenger bodies.
I request that our local agencies responsible for safe driving conditions do a heads up to review and repair these area streets.
